Manufacturing

To allow circularity to fully mature, it is not only necessary to retrieve materials, but also to find a suitable solution for the materials to be recycled. GAIA Circulair is capable of creating a diversity of new products from different streams. Examples include work socks, caps, gloves, and various types of bags.

Pōur

This happens in collaboration with parties such as Pōur for bags made from workwear and other partners for the remaining products. For the complete selection of these products, check our partner Pōur's website (www.pourproduct.com). In the menu bar under "About GAIA," you can download the product brochure from Pōur under "Downloads."

Agricon Netherlands

Specific streams of materials can be processed and recycled on request and, if desired, returned in custom-designed products. GAIA Circulair does this in collaboration with partner Agricon Netherlands, which specializes in processing and recycling various types of material streams, including glass, stone wool, plastics, drink cartons, overstock products, and more. This way, a suitable solution can almost always be thought of for combination streams focused on recycling, both open and closed loop. Examples of these streams and new products include sheet materials made from textiles and dry mats made from recycled rubber (www.agriconnederland.nl/).

Altex Textil-Recycling

In collaboration with our partner Altex Textil-Recycling, the various streams of textiles are pre-processed with mechanical recycling for the next phase. Acoustic (design) wall panels are made, but certified sheet materials are also among the possibilities. Additionally, part of the materials is prepared for spinning mills that can produce new yarns from them (www.altex-textil.com/).
