To make the collection of all personal protective equipment as easy as possible and logistically efficient, GAIA circular makes use of the Resource Box. These Resource Boxes are designed to simplify collection: products do not need to be sorted in advance. Once the box is full, the customer reports this via the online portal, after which we organize the return logistics.

From GAIA circular, the pickup date is communicated via email from the online portal, and new empty Resource Boxes are delivered immediately. This way, collection remains uninterrupted, and customers can continue to contribute to their circular goals without extra effort.

With the Resource Box, GAIA prevents the transportation of empty space, which again has a positive impact on costs and the environment.
